We offer five packages: (Starting at $50)

Package One: ”Start Me Up” New Operator Training Program

Package Two: Consulting and project management of each phase of your opening following a timeline/task list (In-person or phone consulting depending on your budget)

Package Three: Seminar faciliation for the training of your managers and employees (On or off-premise)

Package Four: Off-the-shelf restaurant opening tools and materials (2000+ opening materials to include: manuals, opening timeline/task lists, trainer materials, training agendas, coordination schedules, and more.)

Package Five: The hands-on overseeing and project management of the entire HR and training opening process from the intitial stages of commencement to two weeks after the first opening day (This package includes seminar faciliation and consulting)

Services for New Restaurants and Startup Restaurants:

Hold initial meetings & provide consult for the entire new restaurant opening process. Some duties include: establish game plans, punch lists & systems. Incorporate a master Timeline/Task list (200 tasks) to stay focused on priorities

Implement a structured train-the-trainer program

 

Coordinate, schedule, & prepare invitations for all invited guests with specific dining times for role-play trial/mock runs   

 

Implement a comprehensive structure for the opening training program, including off-the-shelf & any custom written materials

Oversee the train-the-trainer opening team process including, selecting, interviewing, training, scheduling, coordinating, & overseeing the responsibilities of the trainers

Perform various assessments of staff, managers, mock/trial runs, & overall restaurant operations to include the development of  all assessments

Determine the opening team of managers and/or staff & assign people to opening tasks while maximizing productivity & streamlining efficiency & time management

Facilitate ongoing meetings while monitoring the completion of tasks listed on the Opening Timeline/Tasklist

Conduct ongoing meetings & consult to monitor systems & maintain opening timelines, task lists, & schedules

Oversee & direct the opening team throughout the entire restaurant opening process

 

Facilitate 5-10 seminars & skill-building workshops for all staff & management (i.e POS, train-the-trainer, orientation, server training, welcome rally-kick-off program etc.)

Coordinate teams & prepare for opening day following standard preparation task lists

 

Determine the new hire staffing levels & training budgets for each department based on the specific size & type restaurant

Coordinate travel & hotel accommodations for the opening team if opening is out-of-town

Staff & position opening team members in the various departments/areas & indentify their responsibilities

Assist in the interviewing & hiring for all levels of staff

Provide both custom & off the shelf opening materials (i.e. systems, forms, checklists, task lists, templates, manuals etc.)

Utilize time management to maximize the time, productivity, & workflow streamlining of the training & organizational process

Create new hire training schedules & coordinate seminar agendas for all positions

Oversee & coordinate the administration of the testing, grading, & uniform issue to include the development of tests & grading procedures

Perform continued consulting & assist in the execution of a successful opening & ongoing operations while performing multi-tasks functions

Coordinate the entire training all-staff seminar registration process including the implementation of an organized, written system with registration forms

Coordinate & schedule trainers, speakers, new hires, & invited guests for trial/mock runs

Oversee & direct opening day to the public

 

Oversee & guide new hires throughout the entire training process including onboarding  

Structure, coordinate, & oversee trial/mock runs where teams role play service reps & their family/friends & invited guests dine in a simulated environment, similar to paying customers

Oversee & direct the days following opening day to the public
